What are these policies?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and time has been spaced around your slot so Claire can prepare and clean. These policies are in place to support fairness, respect for time, and the smooth flow of each treatment day, including cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. Claire really appreciates your understanding!

That’s fine! Here’s a summary: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, late cancellations forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and shortened services will still be charged at the full rate.
Cancellations
Please provide 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will have deposits refunded fully, or can be applies towards a rebooked appointment.
No Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future booking, at Claire’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, Claire may need to shorten your treatment.
Shortened treatments will still be charged the full cost of the original service booked.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Claire may need to reschedule your appointment completely, depending on her schedule.
Communication
Communication about concerns with arrival time should be sent to Claire either by text message or Instagram message.
Claire may be busy when she receives communication, and she will respond to messages in the order she receives them.
